I'm honored to get to hold space with you. I practice therapy through the lens of Health at Every Size/body neutrality, sex positivity/poly + kink-affirming, and harm reduction. I center the impacts of attachment, identity, and trauma in therapeutic work. I'm particularly passionate about working with LGBTQIA2S+-identified individuals and folks navigating disabilities, and believe that liberation of shame is imperative in a strong therapeutic partnership. I fundamentally believe that each of us are doing our best with the tools that we have, and will celebrate the pathways that have allowed you to survive.
