Hello! My name is Gina Kopacki-Birt and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I have been working in the field of mental health for about 30 years in a variety of settings and capacities. I have experience working with depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma and addictions. I absolutely love helping people be the best version of themselves! My counseling style is warm, empathic and I provide unconditional positive regard. I also like to incorporate a bit of humor when needed as well. I understand taking the first step to change is often daunting and I want you to congratulate yourself for moving forward.
