Hi, I’m Dr. Gerri-Lynn! This is the first step towards the process of healing together! Give the process some time as it sometimes feels uncomfortable before the healing begins. I have a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Processional Clinical Counselor. I have over 25 plus years working with individual’s, couples and young adults. I am looking to creating a safe environment together work though life’s difficulties and stressors. My goal is to have you reach your fullest potential and live the life you so richly deserve. I have extensive knowledge in the area’s of relationship issues, inter-familiar conflicts, trauma/abuse, peer relationships, domestic issues, prenatal/postpartum as well as coping with grief and loss. I offer individual and couples therapy to support and treat relational issues, anxiety, emotional distress, trauma, and life transitions. I take a collaborative approach with the intention to identify blocks and negative patterns and then release and clear them, while recognizing and building upon strengths, resources, and coping skills. My approach includes a variety of counseling styles such as cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, Mindfulness and psychodynamic interventions and I will tailor your treatment plan to your unique specific needs. I believe that therapy is an art as each client is unique and has a specific journey. Together, we will develop the best therapeutic process for you to achieve your greatest potential. I will utilize the most credible interventions to support meaningful change tailored specifically for you/and your family.
