I take a client centered approach to therapy. It is important to me that my clients and future client feel comfortable with me, the rapport is my priority as it leads to a strong therapeutic alliance. I take a non-judgmental stance and the client is always the expert of his or her life. I have 20 years providing mental health services with various populations. I have extensive experience treating depression/anxiety disorders, personality disorders, addictive behaviors, self esteem issues, sexuality and relationship issues. I utilize various theoretical orientations to address and conceptualize clinical issues.
