I am a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota with over 17 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, problems with motivation, relationship issues, and parenting problems.

My counseling style is direct, respectful and incorporates some humor, once we get to know each other. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is fundamentally cognitive-behavioral, but will incorporate other techniques in order to tailor our dialogue and treatment to meet your unique and specific needs.
