Life can be messy. Through all its ups and downs, finding the way to navigate difficult situations requires knowing how to thrive, not just survive! I have over four years of experience in assisting individuals in finding strength in their own skills and acquiring new ones along the way.
I have experience in working in-office and online settings with clients presenting with depression, anxiety and parenting issues, teen concerns, and a wide range of challenges including grief/loss, trauma, abuse, as well as personal growth, adjustment issues, and crisis.

Understanding emotional boundaries, owning our issues and moving towards being more true to our selves will lead to being happier and more fulfilled. I truly believe in each person's ability to grow and reach for joy and fulfillment. Together we'll work side by side to help strengthen awareness, communication, increase personal growth and healing within yourself and your relationships.
