I’ve worked with clients with a wide range of concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to family conflict and coping with life’s changes. Additionally I’ve worked with and helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and chronic illness. What is your approach to therapy? My approach to therapy is empathetic, supportive, holistic and straightforward. I believe in treating each person with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is client-centered, mindful and solution focused. As we explore your goals, I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? From our first session you can expect the beginnings of a great rapport. You can expect to take away a sense of relief that you’ve shared some of the things that are most difficult to share and you can feel confident in beginning your work.
