"My ideal client is anyone who is seeking help understanding their mental health issues regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. Their needs would be to find a therapist that they can build a therapeutic relationship and learn more about their mental health disorder. Their goals would be to learn coping skills and therapeutic interventions to help them manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. I am a therapist that provides active listening and positive regard to build therapeutic relationships with my clients. I am a multicultural competent counselor who has provided individual and family counseling to various clients from different cultures and ethnicities. I provide practical therapeutic interventions that clients can begin to implement. For some of you, it might be your first time seeking a therapist or you may have had therapy in the past and wish to talk to someone again about the issues of your heart.
