Hello, my name is George Cumming, but I go by Trey because I am the third George in my family. I have been a counselor for 22 years and have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California for 13 years. I have practiced in many settings, dealt with many different issues, and helped people of all ages. I have walked alongside people dealing with trauma, grief, relationship issues, different types of abuse, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, confusion, and much more.

I am very collaborative in my approach and work to walk with you on a journey toward healing and feeling better. Having a realistic and healthy view of yourself and others is foundational to a happy and fulfilling life.
