I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I specialize in Individual, Couples, Teens, Adults, and Family Therapy. I am here to serve you. I believe in the power of personal development, which is why I’ve sought my own therapy at various times in my life. But, this is about YOU, not me. I want you to have a positive experience and successful outcome with therapy. It is essential you feel comfortable with your therapist and confident in their ability to help you reach your desired goals. My ambition is to offer you a supportive and accepting place to promote healing.

As a therapist, it is my mission to walk with you and explore the possibilities for promoting change, focusing on empowerment, and building on your unique strengths. I don’t believe in a one style fits all approach. I will spend time getting to know you and adapt therapy to what fits your personality.
