Hello and Welcome,

I graduated with my Counseling degree in 2019. After graduation, it was my desire to continue working with individuals struggling with addiction. For two years, I offered substance abuse and mental health counseling in a medical office. I worked closely with medical staff and a psychiatrist. Over the last year, I had the opportunity to branch out and open my own private practice. I now work with adolescents, adults, and couples seeking support with addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, sexual difficulties, marital conflict, infidelity, and life transitions.

I am a trained EMDR clinician. I use EMDR with many of my clients who present with PTSD and trauma. I have found that Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a tremendous support in preparing clients prior to beginning EMDR and processing through trauma. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important component of healing in therapy. I always seek to understand and support my clients while also presenting them with an objective perspective with the purpose of helping them grow personally and in relationships. I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational interviewing, EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy with my clients.
