Hi there, thanks for taking the time to read about my services. As you know Coping with life on life terms can be challenging. If you are struggling with thinking and worrying too much and or feel stuck in your life then congratulations on taking the first step in the healing process. It can be scary to take the first step or it can be life-saving to know you are not alone and there is hope and a healing that has been on hold. Welcome and take the first step to help yourself and take care of yourself. You deserve this and more. It is courage's of you to be looking for another way to heal and that you have done all you can thus far and know that it will get better and that you do not need to do this alone. If you struggle with shame and guilt, fear and sadness, loneliness, and or have been a victim of bullying or abuse this can bring on intense feelings, or you may struggle to manage them. If you struggle to regulate emotions or find joy in your life then give me a call. I am a very compassionate and culturally sensitive bilingual clinician who cares and will listen openly and wholeheartedly. If you are a first generation in the united states know there are some grief and loss and identify issues that merit attention too.
