Are you experiencing imbalance, anxiety, depression, unwanted emotions or thoughts, or having difficulty adjusting to life changes, or taking control of your life? Are you concerned for a child or spouse and aren't sure how to help them? This can feel overwhelming and impossible to solve. This dwelling is not a permanent place and you can be relieved of this. With my expertise in combining talk therapy with art therapy, I can guide you in opening new doors to mindfulness, self-expression and healing. Art Therapists are trained extensively in the use of art materials so that you may use them in a safe and healing manner.

You are not required to use art, and can simply utilize talk therapy where I may ask you to participate in using visual metaphors.

Art Therapy is process oriented, and your unique journey of healing belongs to YOU. I invite you to use art as a new creative language, at your pace. You do not need to be an artist to benefit from art therapy. In fact, you are the expert here because you decide when and how your story creatively unfolds.

The art materials and how you use them become your voice. You will have access to an art studio with many different materials. Art materials allow you to expand your emotional knowledge so that your communication can become more functional. The physical characteristics of art materials become relatable to emotions and act as catalysts of change and growth.
