Hello, How are you?

My name is Genger Benson Perez, and I am here to help. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and EMDREA approved EMDR Therapist, and am Level 2 Gottman Couples Counselor. Along with using these therapy methods, I am an eclectic therapist who uses evidenced based therapies to work with my clients to create their own unique treatment plan to help them reach their mental wellness goals. Additionally, I use my life experience to empathize with those who seek me out in a non judgmental way. I prefer to work with clients that are motivated to improve their life experience and though things will never be perfect, we can strive together to have the life that we can find our calm and be our best selves.
