Asking for help can be uncomfortable and making time for ourselves can feel like a burden, but your well-being is worth it. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement so, together, we can find opportunities for positive change and improved ability to cope with stress and anxiety. Holding an advanced certification in hospice and palliative social work (APHSW-C), I have a passion for working with adults navigating life-limiting illness, caregiver fatigue, grief, loss and end-of-life.
