Welcome! I am a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping people live happier and healthier lives. I received my Masters degree from Hunter College School of Social Work and have over ten years of experience providing psychotherapy.

As a therapist, I work collaboratively to engage with my clients in a down-to-earth manner so that they feel more comfortable sharing their stories and experiences and are able to build upon their existing coping resources and learn new skills for managing overwhelming feelings. I am committed to helping clients better understand their minds and bodies so that they can feel more confident and achieve their goals.

I work with adults of all backgrounds who are experiencing a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have specialization in providing psychotherapy to men and women who have experienced trauma and am a certified practitioner of Somatic Experiencing, a body-oriented therapeutic model that helps heal trauma and other stress disorders.
