YOU ARE WORTHY OF FEELING BETTER!!! All of us have the potential to live in joy, peace, and love, yet sometimes we get stuck in patterns that create behaviors that do not serve us. Often times these patterns keep us from aligning with our highest good. I have a strong belief that all people possess amazing interpersonal strengths that can be accessed to support them in reaching their goals. I am interested in assisting you with accessing your internal power. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults to build self-esteem, reduce anxiety/depression symptoms, and enhance positive coping skills
I use a warm, strength based, authentic approach to assist individuals in understanding themselves. When appropriate I may use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I also use a holistic spiritual approach in my practice, while showing respect to your individual needs using a non-judgmental culturally sensitive style.
I view the time I spend with each individual as a sacred experience, as I am being permitted to assist in your personal journey. I look forward to supporting you in making positive changes that could assist you in feeling more vibrant again.
