I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2001 and I have over 26 years experience working with children, adolescents and families that are experiencing behavioral, emotional and mental health difficulties. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem/self-worth, parent/child relationship issues, parenting difficulties, and those who struggle with ADD and ADHD symptoms. I have also worked with individuals that have experienced trauma, physical and emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm, understanding, empathetic and interactive; however, I am direct and will challenge you to be the best that you can be. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Motivational Therapy and teaching Mindfulness skills and techniques. I approach everyone that I work with as an individual; therefore, I will tailor our dialog and treatment to meet your unique and specific needs.
