I specialize in conflict resolution, relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. We work together within a judgment-free zone to evaluate, pinpoint and discover ways to climb those hills and come out of those valleys unrestricted and exhilarated to pursue the next journey ahead.
We will utilize Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) to develop healthy coping mechanisms for stress, improving relationships, regulating emotions. and managing painful issues.
