My name is Garland Nichols and I am a Clinical Social Worker, licensed in Washington, D.C. I have been practicing Clinical Social Work for 3 years, and have 4 years prior experience in Child Welfare and Social Services. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, grief, loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and other unsettling emotions.

My goals when working with clients are to:
1)Create a safe and open environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment
2)Assist you with identifying or enhancing coping skills and current supports to promote wellbeing outside of sessions
