I am a therapist licensed in New York with over 15 years of experience working as a clinician. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, emotion/behavior regulation, stress and life altering illnesses. I also have experience in working with work related injuries (TBI), military and corrections.
My ideal practice would focus on the mind-body connection integrating modern therapeutic practices with traditional theories. My therapy style is warm, interactive and has a holistic approach, integrating aroma therapies, yoga and meditation with cognitive behavioral and trauma informed care.
