I enjoy working with people who want to improve their life experience, grow as individuals and in relationships, and define and improve their well-being in a collaborative, holistic therapeutic experience. Young adults often speak to me about understanding and resolving their issues, breaking dysfunctional patterns, and developing a healthy sense of self. Overwhelmed parents often come to improve their family relationships and functioning. Adults with a variety of life experiences engage with me to work on issues to gain the insight and empowerment needed to meet their goals, no matter how big or small. My specialty is being relatable and making people comfortable in therapy. My unique perspective helps you recognize your strengths to become the person you want to be and live the life you want to live. Together, we will assess all aspects of your life, use a variety of proven therapies that suit you, and find the best ways to challenge unhelpful thoughts. Regardless of your issues, your understanding of those issues, or your readiness to tackle challenges, I will meet you with compassion, respect, and belief in your ability to choose what success means to you & achieve it.
