Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I focus my interventions on helping clients bring balance to their life by using evidence-based practice techniques and strategies to increase self-awareness, improve interpersonal relationships, and manage symptoms. My interventions are taken from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) models. I have experience in helping clients manage depression, anxiety, addictions, grief and loss issues, trauma, adjustment disorders, and other challenges of life.
