I am a Belgian American licensed Marriage Family Therapist and a Licensed Vocational Nurse who has worked previously in diverse clinical settings such as emergency inpatient care, outpatient mental health clinics, substance abuse treatment and eating disorder residential facilities, hospice, school and county-funded programs that provide support to children and their families that struggle with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive, conduct and impulse control, gender dysphoria, neurodevelopmental, schizophrenia, bipolar, dissociative, personality disorder through implementing the individual and family individualized therapeutic plan for the purpose of providing a safe space for each client to learn and gain the tools to emerge through self-empowerment and self-awareness. I strive to take a non-judgmental perspective clinical view through having an open dialogue with clients regarding challenges that concern each individual’s specific needs and goals through therapeutic modalities such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy. I am certified in the Incredible Years Program, Complex PTSD, Clinical Trauma Specialist, Sex Trafficking & Sex Industry Exploitation Clinical Trauma Specialist- (CCTS-S).
