We live in a world where private struggles are often spotlighted and used as the subject of public debate; it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a safe space to work through problems and struggles. When you are struggling, it is not easy to identify someone with whom you feel comfortable being open about sharing your inner world. Together we can begin to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

After co-creating what safe space looks like to you, we can begin to address whatever difficulties, concerns, and presenting problems you bring into the space. I have well over 9 years of experience providing mental health counseling and grief support to a variety of populations. My theoretical orientation is Mindfulness based, which means increasing self-awareness is an integral part of all the work I do with clients, regardless of which treatment modality/approach I take. I look forward to meeting with you and beginning the process of healing.
