Hi! My name is Gabrielle Gray and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Sonoma County, California, and working with clients statewide through telehealth. I work with teens and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach My approach varies from client to client, depending on what they are needing and looking for at that time. I am trained in CBT, DBT style, solution-focused, strength-based, and mindfulness techniques, and I take a holistic approach. I believe we can't feel better unless we look at all the little moving parts in our lives and how they are impacting us. There is no one size fits all to healing and exploring ourselves. I am here to make looking inwards not so scary and give you the tools you need to become a happier, healthier you. My focus I am comfortable working with all ages, from teens to the elderly. I have experience working with a wide range of illnesses, such as depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I do well working on relationship troubles, life transitions, problem-solving, and more. I've worked in acute settings such as psychiatric hospitals and intensive outpatient programs, to less intense counseling settings. My communication style The tone I set is casual. I want you to feel like you are in a safe comfortable space, with someone who is ready to listen, reflect, support, and guide you in your growth. There are no strict expectations/rules/guidelines. I want the energy to be the feeling you have after you a take deep breath. My goals for you I approach goal setting by working with you to figure out what it is you are wanting to get out of our time together. There is no rush to make them, as it takes time to build our therapeutic relationship and form a strong bond. Once this is established, we will make attainable goals with laid-out steps to reach them.
