From a holistic, mindful, and trauma-focused approach, I am to support individuals and families in accessing deeper peace and overall wellness though verbal processing, movement-related activities, mindfulness, and creative outlets. I hold a Masters of Science from the California State University of Los Angeles as well as a License in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have over 10 years of experience working with children and families and four years of experience in clinical practice. I value authenticity above all and invite my clients to be their most unfiltered, true, and free versions of themselves within a session. I firmly believe in the neuroscience that demonstrates our innate healing capabilities and has deep faith in the therapeutic process. I look forward to working collaboratively with those passionate about improving their life experience through personal responsibility and self-love.
