Gabrielle is a licensed professional counselor who is passionate about providing trauma-informed therapy to help individuals learn to let go and be present in their own lives. She is skilled at supporting people through times of change and transition in their lives, meeting people where they are with gentleness and authenticity. Gabrielle utilizes a collaborative approach to therapy tailoring her style to each individual. Her therapeutic work integrates psychodynamic therapy, gender-affirming care, feminist therapy, and mindfulness from a trauma-informed lens. Therapy with Gabrielle includes warmth, collaboration, and a lot of unpacking. Her clinical experience includes: private practice settings both in-person and virtual, non-profits, and school-based services. Gabrielle received her master’s degree in counseling from Northwestern University. She holds licenses in both Colorado and Illinois and can see clients in both locations. In addition to her experience and training as a therapist, Gabrielle draws from her other life experiences (both past and present) as a mother, yoga instructor, creative, daughter, and sister.
