I love helping growing people grow. I value helping clients see that they deserve better, coach them so that they can do better, and create a warm and inviting safe space to help them feel better.

I have several years of experience in customer service. If you’re wondering if that’s a typo - it isn’t. I get excited about serving and supporting others within and outside of my mental health role.

In sessions you’ll find that I consistently promote a sense of purpose, support efforts to maintain self-care and assist you in becoming increasingly assertive. I believe that these, along with helping you to identify your strengths, will help you to maintain your overall mental health and well-being.
