I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Tennessee with over 7 years of experience providing psychotherapy and life coaching to individuals, children, families, and couples. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, familial struggles, motivation, self-esteem, ADHD, and other school-related issues.

My therapy style is engaging, experiential, and interactive. I believe that all humans are experts on themselves and innately have the tools they need to heal and thrive with support. My approach combines solution-focused interventions with experiential, strategic, and structural modalities. Each client's treatment plan is tailored to meet their unique and specific needs.
