I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I have over 25 years of experience working with adolescence, adults, and seniors. I have had the privilege to work with clients who present with a wide range of concerns including Trauma, Abuse, Gender Dysphoria, Low Self-esteem, Depression, Anxiety, Adoption and Foster Care, Family Conflicts, and Life Changes. My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths-based drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Existentialism, and Motivational Interviewing.
