I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology and have worked with diverse populations ranging from children to adults in a variety of settings. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and stress management, utilizing evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
