Hello and welcome to my page!

I have been in the field of social work for eight years. I obtained my clinical license in 2018 and my board approved clinical supervisor license in 2022. I have worked with adults and most recently, in pediatrics. I have met with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health concerns and parenting concerns. I currently work in a pediatric clinic and see clients who experience an array of medical concerns. My role is to provide education and emotional support to parents who have been their child's biggest cheerleaders.

My goal is to help current and future parents feel confident and accepting of their journey. I understand that preparing for parenthood and being in the thick of it is one of life's greatest challenges yet also rewarding. I am a firm believer that it does take a village to raise a child and that parents need to embrace self care and rely on support to thrive. As a mother myself, I know that raising a child can take an emotional toll on one's mental health and I am here to help you create a road map on how you would like to improve your quality of life.

My therapeutic approach mainly involves solution focused therapy, acceptance therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I understand that every therapeutic method is not a one size fits all so I like to meet my clients where they are at and tailor their treatment plan that best fits their needs.
