I have over 20 years of counseling experience working with diverse individuals from young children to seniors. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, transitions, self destructive behaviors, codependency among others, so that you can overcome the blocks that keep you from living the life you deserve. I use an integrated and collaborative approach created to meet the unique needs of each individual while establishing a safe environment conducive to achieving goals, and moving forward. I believe that true change happens when people are given the support they need in order to draw upon their own strengths to realize their full potential. I am very passionate about the work I do, compassionate, and believe that with dedication and commitment, you can live the fulfilling life you know is awaiting you.
