There are times in life when we all find ourselves needing to heal from a painful past, trying to live in the present moment, and/or struggling to plan for an unsure future. Life can get so hectic that we can feel out of balance. This can contribute to brain health issues such as anxiety, depression, irritability, fatigue, sleep issues, mood and behavior problems. Finding a Counselor/Therapist that is a good fit is crucial. A solid foundation of respect and support is essential. Whether you choose to engage in this work with me or another therapist, know that you are taking an important step forward in your path to wellness.

I offer evening and weekend hours. I use evidence based approaches to counseling including Brain Health Coaching. Brain Health Coaching assesses four areas of a client's life - biological, psychological, social and spiritual. The goal is to address any areas that needs improvement for overall brain health and well-being.

Working in schools for the last 20 years, I have seen and worked with a variety of brain health issues that children, parents, grandparents, foster parents, educators and the entire community face. I know how hard it is for many of us to reach out for support or find it when we need it. I would be honored to support you in your wellness journey.
