I am licensed in Oregon with over 7 years of direct care experience. I have experience in helping individuals seeking relief from with substance use disorder challenges, as well as building motivation, self-esteem and confidence. I believe everyone has the right to be seen for who they truly are, and sometimes getting there can be a journey. Throughout our work together, you can expect safety and respect as we work to not empower you, but instead to help you find the power already inside you. My approach to this work is individualized, so your individual needs and goals will be the focus in sessions and conversations. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
