"Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything." - George Bernard Shaw. Often times, we find ourselves stuck and are unsure how or what to do to move forward. My goal is to assist individuals in this process so the fullest potential is reached allowing you to live your best life.

I provide tailored therapeutic interventions to adults and families who are struggling with trauma, substance abuse, behavioral issues, and/or mental health issues. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I utilize cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused approach as well as motivational interviewing to foster a client-centered environment to produce sustainable change.

I have nearly two decades of experience in the field of mental health, case management, and crisis services. I am dedicated to assisting individuals as they gain the skills and support necessary to make the changes that allow them to make forward progress and achieve their life goals.
