Hi, I am Franka a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations . I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems and career challenges. I believe that therapy is a journey to healing and becoming the best version of yourself. Life can be hard to navigate but I truly believe that we all have the inherent strength and resilience to grow and change. I will meet you where you are at on your journey and support you as you navigate the changes along the way.
I want all of my clients to feel safe and truly heard without the fear of judgement and shame. I use a blend of therapeutic modalities, including, Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, and mindfulness approaches, tailoring our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I have experience working with Veterans and certified in Gottman relationship method
