Hello,
My name is Frank Del Fiugo a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist living in Los Gatos, California. I specialize in working with adults going through difficult transitions, emotional management, and those who would like to better manage stress. While I integrate several theoretical orientations, most of my work utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and neuroscience in order to help clients gain awareness and develop tools and strategies to enhance the personal and work lives. Recently, I've integrated a Virtual Reality component to address situations such as public speaking, fear of flying, and anxiety.
