I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress/ anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc., coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I can utilize/integrate various therapeutic interventions such as, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, Solution Focused, EMDR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Family System Dynamics, Couples Communication and Intimacy Dynamics, and other techniques as well. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
