My name is Francis Daniels. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I have worked in the mental health field for 6 years, and my expertise is related to working with individuals that experience hardships such as divorce, addiction, emotional dis-regulation, ADHD, change, and etc, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and etc. I offer individual, child, and family counseling in my private practice. I provide a holistic approach to counseling by addressing your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. I approach therapy in a very integrative, client-centered manner to ensure the highest quality care is provided. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, psychoeducational, mindfulness, and more. I promote growth by offering a safe, accepting atmosphere so that you feel heard, validated, and empowered.
