My name is Francine Harper and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of counseling experience. I integrate various methodologies and techniques to offer an individualized treatment plan for clients.
My clinical experience is in the area of Anxiety/Phobias, Depression, Trauma, Autism, Behavior Analysis, Parent Training.
