I am licensed in Colorado with 5 years of professional work experience. I am a dedicated mom and a wife of 23 years and work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward a change. I am here to listen, create a therapeutic relationship around trust and understanding and to support & empower you in your unique journey. I will support you in feeling and doing better with empathy, providing deeper insight into your situation and by offering practical tools you can start to use immediately.
