About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Idaho with over 8 years of experience providing mental health counseling, life coaching, clinical supervision and consultation. A life purpose of mine is assisting others in becoming more comfortable with who they are and what they want to bring out in themselves. I am drawn to working with those struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I appreciate the differences we each present with and am intrigued by everyone's own unique struggles. By making the choice to enter into therapy, you are choosing to make an investment in yourself that can have a variety of results. I greatly respect the process of therapy and one's bravery for seeking out personal growth evolution. The approaches I integrate into therapy are mindfulness, mindful self-compassion, solution-focused brief-therapy (SFBT), EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
