About

My name is Dr. Duverge, I am a clinical psychologist with a focus and expertise on working with young adults struggling to navigate the challenges of an ever-changing world. My goal is to provide my clients with a safe space to discuss their fears, expectations, and disappointments without judgement or feeling as though there is "something wrong" with them. I have experience in a variety of psychological tumults. My orientation is based on identifying problematic patterns of thoughts and behaviors that lead us to negative feelings and perceptions and ultimately negatively impact our lives and functioning. The goal is to modify these in order to live a more fulfilled life.

A bit about me: I am a mother of two very energetic toddlers. I understand the demand that being a parent in the workforce can bring. Ambition can often feel like a betrayal of what should be your priorities as a mom/dad. Guilt is always lurking around the corner, and so, we often sacrifice ourselves and are left feeling depleted. I aim to help parents reach a balance, where they can feel professionally accomplished and thriving as parents.

Together, we can learn to manage life's ups and downs and gain an understanding and acceptance of ourselves in order to live a fulfilled life.
