I am licensed in Michigan with 39 plus years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with eating disorders, substance abuse, generational trauma, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & concentration, memory and focus (adhd). I have been a coordinator for CHADD of E Oakland County as a volunteer for close to 23 years in providing support and education to the community who are impacted by AD/HD. I did my PhD on Adult Children of Holocaust Survivors impact from parents’ traumas on the shaping of their lives. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I utilize Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavior Therapy in my eclectic approach to treatment.
