Hello, my name Fran Chappa, I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the last twenty years. I started my career thirty years ago and have worked in different settings such as, child protective services, high school social work, in-home end of life care, and inpatient hospitalization. I have spent the last twenty years working in a high school. I have loved my career and take pride in what I do and what I have accomplished. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults as well as families. I have experience treating clients with ADD, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and family dysfunction. I believe in using different modalities to help clients achieve the best outcomes. I have found success with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I truly believe that my purpose has been to help others find their happiness in life, whatever that may mean for them. I also believe that we all need people to help us navigate this life, and together we can find success.
