Hi there! I'm Flora! The world is a different place after the last few years and we are all different in that world. You are not alone in going through a difficult time and there is help. I want to be a part of you finding that help by providing a safe space to learn and grow. Life goes through different transitions. Sometimes change is good and other times it can be challenging. Therapy helps you examine these changes and challenges. There is no set path to mental health and as your therapist we would work together to find the path that works for you. I have over 10 years of experience and during that time I have worked with different populations. Most of my experience is working in an outpatient mental health clinic with children, teens and families. I also have early intervention experience in working with the 0-5 population and their parents/caregivers.
