Hi there, I'm Fiona! We all have moments when life events leave us struggling to adapt. My clients often face life-changing events that leave them struggling with feelings of depression and anxiety, including feelings of overwhelm or feeling stuck or lost. They realize that they are ready to get on a new path. They just aren’t sure how to get there. I offer my clients a variety of tools incorporating nature, art, movement, and mindfulness exercises to gain insight and increase awareness of mind and body connection to empower them to reduce anxiety and feel more at ease, calm, and present moment awareness. I am passionate about empowering people to be confident and motivated and creating a life of purpose. I value building a safe and supportive healing environment for my clients and will bring an open, accepting, non-judging and authentic presence to our therapeutic relationship.
