With over 8 years of experience in diverse settings, I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. My expertise includes depression/anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, chronic illness, ADHD, parenting problems, etc. I am EMDR trained and incorporate multiple therapeutic modalities.
